Rides vary in distance, but they are not competitive - nobody gets left behind. All welcome (but under 14s must be accompanied). Make sure your bike is roadworthy and bring a pump, spare inner tube and packed lunch. We usually stop for refreshments at a pub or cafe at lunchtime, but this cannot be guaranteed. Most rides are on-road, but can include some off-road sections.

We meet at Grey's Monument, Grey Street/Blackett Street, Newcastle city centre (unless shown otherwise) at 10.00am - note now same time summer or winter. Short runs (S) are 20-30 miles, medium runs (M) are 30-40 miles and long runs (L) are 40-60 miles.
